Our next talk in the Acquiring the Mind of the Church series, Saint Barnabas’ adult spiritual formation class, will take place on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 10 AM at St Barnabas Orthodox Church.
Our topic will be on Our Thoughts and their Influence on Our Lives. Our speaker will be our own Scot Larsen, who has been significantly impacted in his personal, business and spiritual life by the book by Elder Thaddeus, “Our Thoughts Determine Our Lives”. Control of our thoughts (logismoi) is a key area of teaching in patristic literature and practice. Everyone is encouraged to attend.

Supervised childcare will be provided. Coffee and refreshments will be served at 9 a.m., followed by classes (and discussion) from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on these Saturday mornings in 2014.
